Find your size

Measure around your bracing waist — over the navel, where the belt sits. Exhale, don't flex. This is not your pant size.

Pro tip from the founder Most lifters under-size because they measure their pant waist. Your bracing waist (where you actually push out into the belt) is usually 3–7 cm bigger. When in doubt, size up — the lever needs room to bite hard.
How to wear your lever belt
01
Set the lever
Out of the box, the lever is set to a default. Unscrew the two bolts on the lever plate, slide it to your prong hole, screw back tight.
02
Position high
Place the belt over your navel, just above the hip bones. Same spot every set — squat, deadlift, bench. Consistency builds your brace.
03
Snap the lever
Belt should be snug when relaxed. The lever should need real effort to close — not free, not impossible. If it locks too easy, tighten one hole. Too hard, loosen one.
04
Brace into it
Take a big breath into your belly, push your stomach out into the belt 360°. You should feel pressure all the way around. Now lift.
FAQ
I'm between two sizes. Which do I pick?

Always size up. The lever has a fixed prong setting once locked, so you want room to brace into it. A belt that's too small with the lever maxed out has no give — that's where bruising and discomfort come from.

How tight should the lever feel?

Snug when you're standing relaxed — you should be able to slide a finger or two between the belt and your stomach. When you brace, it should feel locked in with no slack. If you can't take a deep breath at all, it's too tight.

Can I adjust the lever later?

Yes. The lever plate is bolted on with two screws — unscrew, slide to a new prong hole, screw back. Takes 30 seconds. Your size will shift with bulks, cuts, and bracing strength, so adjust as needed.

Where exactly should I measure?

Around your torso, over the navel, where the belt will actually sit. Stand relaxed, exhale, hold the tape snug but not tight. Don't measure your pant waist — that sits much lower on your hips and will give you the wrong size.
