SOULGRIP Lever Belt
LEVER BELT — IPF COMPLIANT

BRACE FIRST.
THEN BUCKLE.

A powerlifting belt does not hold your back straight — it gives your core something to push against. The pressure you create by bracing into the belt is what protects your spine and allows you to lift heavier. If you're not bracing, the belt is just decoration.

01
POSITION THE BELT
Place it above your hip bones, below your ribcage. The belt should sit on your midsection — not your lower back.
02
BRACE BEFORE BUCKLING
Take a big breath, brace your core outward in all directions, then buckle. This creates the pressure that makes the belt effective.
03
TIGHTNESS CHECK
Should be tight enough to feel resistance when you brace — not so tight you can't take a breath. Two fingers under the belt is a starting point.

SOULGRIP Wrist Wraps
WRIST WRAPS — STIFF & FLEXIBLE

LOCK YOUR
WRISTS. OWN
THE PRESS.

Wrist wraps stabilize the joint during heavy pressing. They are not a crutch — they are a tool that lets you apply more force without losing your wrist position. Critical for heavy bench, overhead press, and push variations.

01
THUMB LOOP
Thread your thumb through the loop as you start wrapping. Remove it before the actual lift — it's a guide only.
02
WRAP POSITION
Wrap directly over the wrist joint. Not mid-palm. The joint needs to be fully covered and supported.
03
TIGHTNESS
You should still make a fist easily. If your fingers go numb, rewrap. Locked — not cut off.

SOULGRIP Knee Sleeves
KNEE SLEEVES — 7MM NEOPRENE

WARMTH.
SUPPORT.
REBOUND.

Knee sleeves keep your knees warm, improve proprioception, and provide compression support. They reduce pain during heavy squatting and can improve your bottom position rebound — especially in competition.

01
SIZING
Measure around the center of your kneecap. Sleeves should be difficult to pull on — that resistance is what makes them work.
02
PLACEMENT
Center the sleeve over the kneecap. They will slide down between sets — adjust every time.
03
WHEN TO USE
Heavy squats, leg press, lunges. If your knees ache in the cold or at high volume — sleeves are the answer.

SOULGRIP Lifting Straps
LIFTING STRAPS

WHEN GRIP
IS THE
LIMIT.

Straps eliminate grip as the limiting factor in your pull. Use them when you need to overload pulling movements beyond what your bare grip can hold — rows, RDLs, heavy deadlifts, all pull variations.

01
LOOP WRAPPING
Thread the strap end through the loop to form a lasso around your wrist. Snug — not cutting circulation.
02
BAR WRAP
Place strap under the bar, wrap the tail over and around. Two full loops is enough for max pulls.
03
GRIP TRAINING
Still train bare grip on lighter sets. Straps supplement your grip — they should not replace your grip development.
