Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Section 1Program basics

1. The SOULGRIP Affiliate Program is operated by SOULGRIP INDIA LLP. By joining, you agree to these terms.
2. You earn 10% commission on the sale value of eligible orders placed through your affiliate link or code.
3. Referrals are tracked for 30 days from the customer's first click on your link.
4. Commission is calculated on the amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping charges and taxes.

Section 2When commission is earned

Commission is confirmed only after the order is successfully delivered.

1. Orders stay pending until delivery is confirmed by our courier partner.
2. Returned orders do not earn commission.
3. Cancelled orders, and undelivered orders returned to origin (RTO), do not earn commission.
4. If commission was already credited on an order that is later returned or refunded, it is deducted from your next payout.

Section 3Orders that don't qualify

1. Self-orders: orders you place for yourself using your own link or code.
2. Family orders: orders placed by or in the name of your family members, or delivered to your own address.
3. Orders using a discount code not linked to your affiliate account.
4. Orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated or placed to misuse the program.

Section 4Payouts

All disbursements are made between the 10th and 15th of each month.

1. Each payout covers commission on orders delivered and confirmed before the payout cycle.
2. A minimum confirmed balance of ₹1,000 is required for a UPI payout.
3. Balances below ₹1,000 are issued as store credit for use at soulgrip.in. Store credit cannot be converted to cash.
4. Keep your UPI ID correct. SOULGRIP is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect UPI ID you provided.
5. Payouts may be subject to applicable taxes, including TDS, under Indian law.

Section 5How you promote

1. Represent SOULGRIP products honestly. No false claims about features, pricing or results.
2. No spam, misleading ads, or bidding on "SOULGRIP" brand keywords in paid search.
3. Do not post your code on coupon or deal websites without written approval.
4. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, in line with ASCI influencer guidelines.

Section 6Changes and termination

1. SOULGRIP may update commission rates, program rules or these terms at any time, effective from the date published.
2. Affiliates who break these terms may be suspended or removed, and commission linked to the violation will be forfeited.
3. You may leave the program anytime. Confirmed commission will be settled in the next payout window.
4. SOULGRIP's decision on commission eligibility is final.
