Replacement & Refund Policy

We want every SOULGRIP purchase to be right. If something's off, here's exactly what we do about it — no runaround, no drama.

Exchange Policy — 2 Days from Delivery

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. To apply, visit our Exchange Portal above.

Exchange is allowed for:

  • Size change (+1 or -1 size only)
  • Design change
  • Color change

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.

Eligible Replacement Cases

We will accept a replacement request in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product damaged at time of delivery (product only — not packaging)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong quantity delivered

An unboxing video is mandatory for all wrong or damaged product claims. No exceptions.

Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

The following cases will not be accepted:

No exchange or refund for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Quality not as personally expected
  • Product matches description but not preferred
  • Damaged packaging but product is intact
  • Product used, worn, washed, or tampered with

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the exchange product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval and may be issued as:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Alternative product of same value (if mutually agreed)

How the Exchange Process Works

Raise request via Exchange Portal within 2 days of delivery

We arrange pickup via our courier partner after approval

Product verified & exchange dispatched within 12–14 days

Please pack the product securely. Keep original tags and packaging intact. Do not use or alter the product before pickup.
