Replacement & Refund Policy
We want every SOULGRIP purchase to be right. If something's off, here's exactly what we do about it — no runaround, no drama.
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. To apply, visit our Exchange Portal above.
Exchange is allowed for:
- Size change (+1 or -1 size only)
- Design change
- Color change
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.
We will accept a replacement request in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Product damaged at time of delivery (product only — not packaging)
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong quantity delivered
An unboxing video is mandatory for all wrong or damaged product claims. No exceptions.
The following cases will not be accepted:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Quality not as personally expected
- Product matches description but not preferred
- Damaged packaging but product is intact
- Product used, worn, washed, or tampered with
Refunds are only applicable if the exchange product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval and may be issued as:
- Original payment method
- Store credit
- Alternative product of same value (if mutually agreed)
Please pack the product securely. Keep original tags and packaging intact. Do not use or alter the product before pickup.
