Shipping Policy
SOULGRIP INDIA LLP — Everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you.
All orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed, Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.
Estimated delivery time for all PAN India orders:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 5–7 working days
- Remote areas: May take up to 10 working days
Any delay caused by courier partners is outside our control. We'll always help you follow up with the carrier if needed.
We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure your gear reaches you safely:
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website or via our tracking portal.
Some orders using local transport may not have real-time tracking available. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need an update.
Shipping is completely free on all orders — prepaid and COD both. No minimum order value required.
We also offer an additional 7% discount on all prepaid orders. Pay online and save more.
