Black-Pro Wrist Wrap
Product Description
Why SOULGRIP
Built by a powerlifter. Made for how Indian lifters train. Priced for the people who train, not the brand on the tag.

The most common questions we get on WhatsApp.
Why should I use wrist wraps?
Wrist wraps stabilize your wrists during heavy pressing — bench, overhead, dips. They keep your wrist neutral when the bar is loaded, so the force goes into the muscle, not the joint. Use them for working sets, not warm-ups.
How is SOULGRIP different from a ₹300 Amazon wrap?
Cheap wraps lose stiffness in 4–6 weeks because the latex content is too low and the elastic is recycled. SOULGRIP uses higher-grade polyester-latex blend and triple-stitched thumb loops — the failure point on every cheap wrap. We're built to hold up past 100+ heavy bench sessions.
Can I use wrist wraps for deadlifts or pulling?
No — wraps are for pressing. For deadlifts, rows, or pull-ups, you want lifting straps instead. Wraps restrict wrist mobility, which you actually need for a strong grip on the bar. Check our straps collection for pulling movements.
Will wearing wraps weaken my wrists over time?
No, if you use them right. Wear them for working sets at heavy loads. Don't wear them for warm-ups, accessories, or rehab work — your wrists need to do that work themselves. Treat wraps like a belt: support tool, not a crutch.
How do I size and wrap correctly?
One size fits most adults. Wrap starts at the base of your thumb, loop the thumb hole, then wrap firmly around the wrist joint going up the forearm 2–3 cm above the wrist crease. Tight enough to feel locked, not so tight your fingers go numb. Velcro on the outside.
