Dragonforged Elbow Sleeves – 5mm
Product Description
Measure with your arm locked out and muscles relaxed. Enter both measurements — the tool will find the best fit. If they suggest different sizes, it will tell you what to do.
Based on your measurements, S gives the best compression across both forearm and lower bicep.
My forearm and lower bicep measurements suggest different sizes. What do I do?
Go with the larger of the two sizes. Elbow sleeves cover both areas — if you size to the smaller measurement, the sleeve will be too tight on the larger area and could cut circulation. The tool will flag this and recommend the safer pick.
Should elbow sleeves feel as tight as knee sleeves?
Generally a bit less aggressive. Elbow sleeves are primarily for warmth, stability and tendon support — not rebound in the same way knee sleeves are. They should feel firm and compressive, but you should still have full range of motion without numbness.
Will they stretch over time?
Slightly. After 15–25 sessions the neoprene relaxes a little and they'll go on easier. If they're uncomfortably tight right now and you're between sizes, give it a few sessions — they'll ease up. If they're causing numbness, size up immediately.
Can I use elbow sleeves for bench press?
Yes — bench, overhead press, rows and any pulling movement. They keep the elbow joint warm and reduce stress on the tendons during heavy loading. Some lifters also use them for heavy deadlifts to protect the inner elbow.
Where exactly do I measure the lower bicep?
Lock your arm out straight, muscles relaxed. Measure just above the elbow crease — not at the belly of the bicep. This is the lower bicep / upper forearm transition point where the sleeve sits. Arm relaxed, tape snug but not pulled tight.
